Mindbase is operated by HOI FOOD CONCEPTS PVT LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Mindbase website and platform ("Platform"), including the video production marketplace, account areas, messaging, payments, and webinar or workshop registration.

By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Our Terms of Service also apply.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account details — name, email, phone (if provided), password (stored securely), role (brand / creator), and profile information
• Marketplace content — project briefs, proposals, messages, files, portfolio media, and other materials you upload
• Webinar and event registration — name, email, phone, and payment confirmation details needed to fulfil a ticket
• Support communications — emails, form submissions, and feedback you send us

1.2 Automatically collected information

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and referring URLs
• Cookies and similar technologies — used for sessions, preferences, security, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work fully.

1.3 Payment partners

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Razorpay or Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment status, amount, and transaction identifiers. Card numbers and UPI credentials are handled by those providers under their privacy terms — we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

• operate accounts, marketplace projects, messaging, and fulfilment of webinars
• process payments, escrow holds, payouts, and invoices
• provide customer support and send transactional notices (receipts, join links, security alerts)
• detect fraud, abuse, and Terms violations
• improve Platform performance, reliability, and product experience
• comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in or it is otherwise permitted by law.

3. How We Share Information

• Other users — profile, portfolio, and project information you choose to make visible; messages and files shared within a project
• Service providers — hosting, databases, email/SMS delivery, analytics, and payment processors, limited to what is needed to run the Platform
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mindbase, users, or the public
• Business transfers — if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, information may transfer as part of that transaction, with notice where required

4. AI processing

Some features may send limited inputs to third-party AI providers solely to generate outputs you request. We do not use your private project content to train public or global AI models. Provider processing is subject to their terms and our configuration choices.

5. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

We retain information as long as needed to operate the Platform, fulfil purchases, resolve disputes, and meet legal retention requirements. After account deletion, we delete or anonymise personal data except where we must keep records (for example payment or fraud records).

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email contact@mymindbase.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

7. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and marketplace accounts require adult capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have collected such data and we will delete it.

8. International users

We primarily operate in India. If you access the Platform from another country, your information may be processed in India or in locations where our service providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

11. Governing law
