Cancellation & Refund Policy

These Cancellation and Refund terms apply to Mindbase, operated by HOI FOOD CONCEPTS PVT LTD. They cover marketplace project payments, webinar and workshop tickets, and any other Platform fees unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

1. Marketplace projects

When a brand funds a project, amounts may be held until delivery is confirmed or a dispute is resolved under Platform rules. Brands and creators should use in-product dispute tools where available before requesting a chargeback.

• Before work starts: if funds are still held and no meaningful work has begun, we may cancel the project and refund the brand (less any non-refundable payment-processor fees, where permitted).
• After delivery or release: amounts released to a creator are generally final as between the parties, except where we reverse a payment for fraud, chargeback, or a substantiated Platform policy violation.
• Disputes: we may freeze escrow, request evidence from both parties, and decide a refund, partial refund, or release in good faith based on Platform rules and the evidence provided.

2. Webinars and workshops

Paid webinar and workshop tickets are generally non-refundable once payment succeeds, because seats and operations are reserved for a scheduled live session.

We may offer a refund or credit when:

• we cancel or materially reschedule the session and you cannot attend the new time
• we confirm a duplicate or erroneous charge attributable to us
• applicable consumer law requires a refund

Transfer of a ticket to another attendee may be allowed at our discretion if requested before the session starts. Contact contact@mymindbase.ai with your payment reference.

3. Subscriptions and credits (if offered)

If you purchase a recurring subscription or prepaid credits (including the AI Filmmaking Community atthe community page), you may cancel future renewals at any time through that page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the date you have already paid through. Unless required by law or stated in a promotion, we do not refund the ₹1 starter payment, the current paid period, or unused credits after purchase.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@mymindbase.ai within thirty (30) days of the charge with your account email, payment reference, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of the account while we investigate.

5. Changes to pricing or services

We may modify plans, features, or pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to future purchases or renewals unless law or your agreement requires otherwise.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
